  • Q: I don't have a PayPal account, can I just pay with my Debit or Credit Card
  • A: Yes, simply checkout using the Paypal checkout button, on the next screen you will see a "Use Debit or Credit Card" button below the Paypal signin button or you can call the office and we can take your order
  • Q: Do I need to assemble the bistro set?
  • A: Most of our bistro sets are pre assembled and you just simply take out the box, unwrap, unfold and use! Some of the tables in the bigger sets need the legs putting on but all very easy to do.
  • Q: I want a different colour
  • A: Most of our items are available in other colours. Please get in touch to discus your requirements and cost if you change your mind.
  • Q: My glavanized fairground letter lights have stopped working?
  • A: If none of the bulbs are lighting up then its going to be either flat batteries, batteries the wrong way around or make sure that each end of the battery is sitting correctly in the holder and be sure that the contacts are touching either end. We have had it with some different makes of battery where they sit better than others.  Try rolling the battery in the holder, pushing up from the spring end at the same time with the switch on.
  • Q: I have bought a metal bistro set table and 4 chairs, will it rust?
  • A: These bistro sets are made from steel with a one coat finish, you can apply an extra coat of spray on laquer to protect the finish.
  • Q: Can I collect my order?
  • A: Yes no problem, let us know when and we can have it ready, plus you can have a look around the yard and showroom
  • Q: Is the item in stock?
  • A: If the website shows that the item is in stock, it normally is. The website is updated hourly.
  • Q: Can I reserve an item?
  • A: Normally we do not reserve online products without taking a deposit. You need to phone us to make this arrangement.
  • Q: Can I delay the delivery of my order?
  • A: Yes, this is no problem. Please contact us by phone or email immediately after placing your order with the date you would like your item delivered.
  • Q: Can I have a faster delivery?
  • A: Yes, on check-out you can select Express Delivery which is Next Day Delivery.
  • Q: Can you deliver overseas?
  • A: You can't select this on the website but we CAN normally arrange delivery overseas. Please contact us by phone or email with the product number.
  • Q: Can I have an item modified or adjusted?
  • A: Yes, we can accommodate most requests - please get in touch by phone or email.
  • Q: Do you strip doors?
  • A: Yes, we can strip, paint, wax or fit glass to doors
