If you’ve visited The Somerset Shop recently, you might’ve spotted one of our most popular outdoor pieces—the oval-shaped decorative bistro table and chairs set. It’s easy to see why this set has become a customer favourite.
With its detailed design featuring a central cast iron panel, pressed steel leaves, and twisted steel edging, it brings both charm and sturdiness to any garden or patio. The matching chairs include the same decorative cast panels on the seat and backrest, keeping the whole set well balanced and eye-catching.
We’ve finished the set with a cream & black brush effect, which subtly highlights the detailing and adds a bit of character. If you prefer something a little different, it’s also available in sage green or classic black—and if you have a particular colour in mind, we can repaint to any RAL or BS shade. Another practical bonus: the chairs and table fold up for easy storage, making them ideal for smaller spaces or winter packing. With a weight of 7kg per chair and 9kg for the table, they're solid without being awkward to move.
Looked after properly, this set will last for years. A quick brush down now and then and somewhere dry over the winter is all it really needs.
