8' black cast iron lamp post with ladder T-bar

It comes in three section, base, straight poll then the top T
Four holes in the base to fix to the ground with either a metal ground root concreted in or M12 raw bolt in to concrete or tarmac
The poll is fix with three M8 allen key grub screws the same with the top T section
There is an inspection cover at the bottom held by two machine screws to inspect the electrics
